Hung over...

So... back in work after second day of drinking.
was at the stavanger oil show all day yesterday doing rep work for the company,
ended up getting home at 03.00.. man..

so no pics of bikes today, just this..

New helmet? or new Jacket?

So, I got my birthday coming up (oh gods.. I'm old enough allready! let me off!)

And I'm considering giving my self a nice gift this year (again!)

so, here are my options..

This is my helmet, its a comfortable, practical helmet.
(Harley ghost flame modular helmet)


But I sooo like the look of the Bandit XXR!
And they just so happen to have them in stock at my Harley dealer.

so my dilema is this, my wife has already got a helmet (and my ghost flame is too big for her anyway) and the old helmet is in great condition and only 2 years old..
So I can't really justify getting a new one on the grounds of the old one not being good or safe enough (although the Bandit is a full face, so in theory it offers slightly better face protection..)

and it aint over there, see I've also been wanting a new leather riding jacket for ages (got a harley FXRG jacket at the moment..)

now unlike some people I don't just shake the money tree and buy stuff, I work damn har for the money I make so I can't just go out and get both..

urgh... choises..

Anyway.. IF I get a leather jacket, I've been looking into getting one of these.
I know its a racing jacket, but hey.. I like Corona!

hehe.. I could always get one of these.. but I preferr to have a helmet that actuly protects my head..

Just got my new Tee from 8Ball

Guys at work think it looks either French (!!) or like a pirates shirt..

If I had to choose I would have to say "Arrrrrh!"

The joke is that I payed the same price for my sportster here in Norway..
If I wanted to import this bike from the states it would cost me double, DOUBLE the
price just to get it registered.

So, This is my bike..
2007 XL 883 Custom.

Aint done mutch to it yet, just changed the bars to drags
and got an extra seat for it (Brawler)

Also got some Vance and Hines Straight shot slip-ons for it
But have yet to find the time to install them
(yea, I know it only takes a couple of minutes)
